shamed!
So if anyone ever wants to feel totally ashamed to be a human being, feel that the extinction of the human species would be totally justified and that Earth would have no sorrow in seeing us go, then you should go watch HOTEL RWANDA. I rented it the other day, and at like 11 30PM last night, decided I would watch it. I spent most of the movie SHAKING and bawling my eyes out. No, seriously. How did people just ignore that? And how on Earth are we still doing it today? It makes me mad.
And on a slightly less political and gripey note, I forgot I didn't say anything about the picnic I went on. There was me, Fern, Vanessa, Daniela, Nabilah, Cathy, De Yun and BeiBei. I think that was it. We went to Kings Park, and probably looked like total pigs with the amount of junk food we had - and I don't think we ate half of it! It was very pleasant. We sat on the grass and talked and ate and ate and ate and ate....yeah. Then Fern came over to my house afterwards (we stopped at Nabilah first - ps, i want that TAKE THAT picture, immediately) where we watched my TAKE THAT video. Yeah.
Hmm...what else happened last week?
MONDAY: The Easter picnic - we did it last year, too!
TUESDAY: Zilch, I think. May have been nice and lazy.
WEDNESDAY: Fern came over. Vanessa too, and Daniela for a bit. Watched Fern's TAKE THAT dvd and some Smallville.
THURSDAY: Probably nothing. Loads of excitement there.
FRIDAY: Again probably nothing. Had chicken soup for dinner.
SATURDAY: Went clothes shopping, saw Shannon Noll!!!!
And that's it, up 'til now. I don't really have much else to say. I really should be doing work, since Uni goes back tomorrow, but I really, really can't be bothered. Seriously.
