i must calm down

Okay. i did have a lot to post about, but this little snippet has eaten my brain. I was going over my UWA email...as I do....and decided to check out student events. And came across this:

18:00 - EVENT - Two free public forums on Australian-African Relations Website | More Information
You are invited to two free public forums on Australian-African Relations
Monday 20 March 2006, at 6pm

Mr George Atkin, Australian High Commissioner to Kenya

Friday 24 March 2006, at 6pm

Mr Jon Sheppard, Australian Ambassador to Zimbabwe

Both forums take place at Geography (...)

Yes, of course I pointed to my computer screen and screamed. Loudly.

Okay. Now that I've got that out the way:

I got Nero from Vanessa today ---- yay for decent burning software. Hopefully now I can put Supernatural on CD and it will work....properly. I can be hopeful. Unfortunately I'm just clicking random buttons and hoping it works.

Today, on the bus home, I got distracted, which is bad. There is this long, long stretch of road in which I have to count bus stops (3, before I press the button) before I know when it is my stop. Today I was excited by a police car in someone's drive way and went into la-la land and suddenly, my bus stop whizzed past me. I was like, huh? How'd that happen? And then had to get off at the next bus stop....haha....a five minute walk away. FIVE EXTRA MINUTES IN THE HEAT. Yes, so fine it's not that bad, but what made it exciting was some other guy did exactly the same thing:-)

Now...important things...*tries to think*....I did have stuff to say, I did! Stupid fandom (NO NO I TAKE IT BACK WONDERFUL FANDOM) eating my brain.

Also? Commonwealth games, you can kiss my ass for taking away new House and new NCIS. Just for that I WONT WATCH YOU AND WILL INSTEAD GO LEECH OFF PEOPLE WHO HAVE FOXTEL AND WATCH CARTOONS. HA.

fandom, foxtel, uni, burning
