am going to fall down and die.
finally my major film is complete - and it showed at the echidna film festival last night, after much strife. am still to tired and slightly stressed to write more about it.
was a good night - plenty of good films. will update at another point in time.
made myself a quick icon - is shep and don and one of orlin, because SPF looked so lonely in my pictures folder (okay, well there is a whole folder dedicated to him, but I love the character of Orlin, so stuck him in there.)
Don't Don and Shep look similar? Well - on screen anyway.
And I'm really pissed off about the media. Seriously. Australians - we're all being misled on a daily basis. That old paranoid quote of 'trust no one' comes to mind. Seriously. When a COMMERCIAL TV station is able to cut and edit a documentary which deals with a highly controversial issue (Muslims in Australia) and make a previously positive documentary now seem negative. It's bad enough that Australians are turning into a pack of raving racists, but when a TV network can do this without being slapped on the wrist...oh wait, what am I talking about? Firstly, it's CHANNEL SEVEN and secondly, THEY'VE BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS!!!
