History:
You guys have heard of Detective Conan before, yeah?
Eisuke is a kind of dorky awkward teenager who goes to the famous detective Mouri Kogoro to see if he can help find Eisuke' sister, who is a CIA agent infiltrating a giant criminal organization. Gun fights, car chases, bombings, biological warfare, mistaken identities, and attempted mauling with scissors ensue.

Personality:
Laid-back, easy-going, cheerful, and optimistic Eisuke is just as likely to laugh something off and mean it as to take something to heart. Polite and sincere, Eisuke is one of those people who no one can really manage to hate, even though he always seems to press the wrong button on the phone, or somehow be underfoot. He’s rather intense, whatever emotion he’s exhibiting, and highly impulsive. Even though Eisuke is intelligent, driven, more than slightly manipulative at times, and occasionally uses his clumsiness for his own ends, the cheerful personality isn’t a mask. He honestly is that chipper most of the time. And if he’s not chipper, he’s either bemoaning his horrible luck, or being slightly annoyed at stupid people. He doesn’t take defeat well, likely because he “hates to be tied down by anything”, and has been shown to cry and become even more impulsive when he gets frustrated.
Eisuke is one of the few in the series who know about Kudo Shinichi living as Edogawa Conan, and the only one to have figured it out by himself, without any input from Conan. He has also shown himself a decently capable detective, even though he had no prior experience with crimes or the police.
