This fellow, petrosphotos is becoming one of my favorite photographers to look at. These are all contemporary images taken in (for lack of a better term) in and around Russia. They have that "I'm not sure exactly where that is," look to them until you spot an old Soviet statue, piece of propaganda art, or something that just screams that it's Russian.

I have no idea where they are exactly as it's all in (you guessed it) Russian. They are beautiful, sometimes sexy, sometimes very disturbing, and sometimes sad, but they are all real.
