Time with my nephews
After my nephews spent quality time with my family, their other Grandparent's family, and Christine and Ray's family for the holidays went back home to Kansas today. My parents packed up the car with CJ in the car and went to pick up Ben from Christine and Ray's house(they probably stayed awhile to talk),and then headed on the road to Kansas. It was fun spending quality time with CJ and Ben! From hangin' out with them at Christine and Ray's house for Christmas Eve, watching them open their Christmas presents from my parents at my parents house, hangin' out with them at Christine and Ray's house the day after Christmas Day, and celebrating Ben's 2nd birthday. CJ and Ben also fought too. They don't know quite how to share yet. It was chaotic at times! CJ was oh hyper and agressive especially with me...telling me to shutup and pushing me. Itry to discipline him and sometimes it works. I also do things to irritate him too. We had a blast goofing around. He climbled and jumped on me while we were giggling. CJ sat in my lap with his Spiderman blanket and sippy cup while watching Toy Story and Polar Express. My mom took a picture of cJ and I sitting together. I also had fun with Ben. I watched him open his presents and he brought some of them to me, and we played together with his toys and watched him open his birthday presents and cry as we sang Happy Birthday to him. Heather is going to celebrate Christmas with her children with the presents they still need to open and open their Christmas stockings. I know that will be a joy for the whole family to share together! I miss my nephews so much now since they went back home after spending so much time with them. The house is so quiet! I miss it! Classes resume tomorrow. I'm not too excited about that!!
