Snow Day???
The weather forecast is calling for a major winter storm beginning this evening. Snow fall predictions vary, but they're also threatening ice. Since I live an hour north of Indianapolis, where I work, it's always worse here and my school district rarely closes. It's inner city, and the streets are usually cleared enough to allow bus traffic, so . . . I usually head out at 5:45 like the dedicated counselor I am! However, I REALLY want a snow day. I hope this storm is just bad enough to not allow me safe access to I-69, which will give me a reason to call in and tell them I can't make it. Or, that it's bad enough even the streets of Indianapolis are treacherous. I'm so OVER school this week!
