Ruth: It's been a sugary morning- a V8 fusion (8oz) and a few sips of a full-throttle....
10 veggie wings with ranch - 600cals
(threw it up immediatly after)
1/2 the calorie gaotraid
Ellen: Drank the equivalent o 12oz of half the calarie gatorade..70 cals
lunch: 5 veggie wings= 200 calories...no ranch
Purge
Ruth: RUTH WANTS COOKIES... 2:42pm
ate a cookie and some juice from subway.
Ruth:
5:30, ate a fudge poptart
and a protien bar... AND some spegetti with a sunkist (canned)
Ellen: Ate about 4 cheese biscuits, 5 fist nuggets, a glass of tea around 5 pm
around 1 am, I binged. I ate a cinamin roll, some cheezits, some cheddar and sour cream chips, a little bit of veggie soup. two dr. peppers, some doughnut holes.
Purged: but I don't think I got it all up...what can I say? Tomorrow is a new day
Ruth...and a canned coke! and some garlic bread! AND AN OREO MCFLURRY!
today sucked! i did, however, drink a little water and walk a little...
i'd guess a total of 2,000+ cals for today though :(
