All modesty aside, I'm very good at doing things I don't know how to do. There are some gaps in execution, of course, but by far one of the best ways to make use of me is to put me in a problem-rich environment with many people working on things and have the people ask questions out loud when they get stuck. My best guess is often better than a real expert's best effort.
Sometimes this makes prioritizing or selecting tasks difficult for me.
I don't just need a project manager, nor just a coach; I believe I need what the English call a 'butler'.
