In a way, Wilson feels kind of the same. Cuddy is one of his greatest friends, he loves her platonically, but he feels too much respect for her position and well-being to burden her with many of his problems. Of course, House might bring Cuddy Wilson's problems anyway, but that's...House.
Also, he really wishes her personal life would look up more. He wants her to be happy.
