So here's the deal;
Vermouth is posting 'accidental' videos to get a head count on those that react, more specifically law abiding types.
She's only looking for a head count, nothing else will be done for awhile. If confronted about her actions she will remain as confident and just as infuriating, 'secret makes a woman' is the only answer she'll offer.
Also, if you're character is working on becoming a Syndicate member they'll probably be given the same assignment and then report back with detailed information about who reacted, what their reaction was, which world they're in, and if they possess super-human powers.
