HALLOWEEN PARTY.
[The second you arrive in this world, you'll realise there's something chilling about it. The full moon hangs in the sky over your head with an eerie green hue. Everything is dank, dark - it feels a little like you've stepped into the set for a horror movie, only this image encompasses the entire town. And that's only where you step out into the world.
As you continue on, you'll realise that it truly is the absolute representation of Halloween. Things are made from skeletons and bones instead of metal. The water is fluorescent green, and there seems to be spatters of green goo and blood everywhere. There are pumpkins, there are dismembered hands, everything is spooky and Halloween-themed - and surely you've passed a few of the local residents by now. Ghosts and ghouls slip past you left and right; the undead jump out at you with blood-curdling shrieks, or lurch around casually in their hometown; every little thing that could have ever been in your nightmares is wandering around wherever you walk with a friendly smile and a wave.
They might try to scare you out of your skin, but it's a friendly gesture, honest.
If it's unnerving you, you probably won't feel safe until you finally find the rest of the community, congregated together in the Town Square, where the residents are a little more sparse - although they can't help joining the party a little. The graveyard is visible not far from here, and you can see Curly Hill silhouetted against the moon.
