Giselle opened her eyes after just a blink and found herself at the front of the cafe. Right away she was compelled to greet anyone who entered, though she wasn't sure just who it was who would be coming. She looked down at herself and surveyed what she could of the maid uniform. She thought it was quite cute. For a brief moment she thought she had been working on a new summer dress for Morgan, but that thought slipped away as she went about preparing to greet any and all guests with her best and brightest smile.

It was still mid morning. Not many guests came this time of day. The lunch hour and late afternoon were so very busy, but until then, it was best to smile and pass the time, mostly with conversation.

Kasumi idly twisted a ribbon of her uniform between her fingers, asking the woman beside her, "Do you know if more tea has been ordered, Miss Giselle? It does seem we have been running low these last days..."

Giselle turned to Kasumi and smiled. She then paused to think a moment. She did seem to recall that they had been running low on their tea supply.

"Oh yes! I mentioned it the other day and more tea was ordered. I'm sure we'll receive it in the next day or so."

"Wonderful!" Kasumi bounced on her heels, clapping her hands at the good news. Their tea was as famous as their special dresses. "We do not want to disappoint our guests."

"Oh certainly not," Giselle agreed with an energetic nod. "I always like to keep a smile on every customer's face!"

"On everyone's face!" Like the smile on hers as she conversed. "All of them, smiling and happy!" The dream and goal of this place, of course. Kasumi giggled. "It's wonderful, to see it nearly so."

"Oh yes," Giselle beamed from ear to ear. "You do such wonderful work Kasumi, everyone can't help but smile."

Can't help but blush now, flattered, thought she's growing used to the compliments. A little.

Returning the bright smile, Kasumi gushed, "Oh, thank you! You're so sweet, dear, truly. Do not discount yourself, miss. It is a fine place we run together!"

"Why thank you," she blushes just a bit as well. "I can work hard knowing you are there working hard too in order to please the customers."

"Of course," she said. "I only speak the truth." A little more blushing, and Kasumi bursts out with, "I can be at ease knowing I have such a capable partner standing behind me!"

Giselle smiled and took Kasumi's hand and held them firmly in her own. "And it is just the same for me!" she assured her. "With you every day is a happy and successful day."

Kasumi smiled back most sincerely. "Oh, I do agree! You're a wonderful person. I'm very glad we have met, and made of it this chance!"

((At least in Andalasia it won't destroy the world. It'll only add to it!))

"Yes indeed," Giselle agreed as she released Kasumi's hand. "And that we can share our joy with so many others!"
