Got the dress!!!
Well, I was fairly sure it was going to be this dress.. and today I went to try it back on, and it was definitely it. Not that I had a "moment" where I was like, "Yes, this is it" but it was more like I had been thinking about it ever since I tried it on the first time.
So mom plunked down the money and we ordered it. Well, I didn't quite yet- we still have to call in a size, since I would be at an 18 which costs $70 more, and I know that I will be dropping at least 2 sizes before the wedding. Diet and exercise and all that. But--- the dress has a down payment, I can stop thinking about it and that is crossed off the list! I have to call in the size in January, so I think my goal date for that will be on Jan 15.
I should put a pic up. I look really mad in this pic only because we weren't really supposed to take pictures. But I guess that I could have smiled but mom took it so fast that I wasn't really ready either.
It's Casablanca 1876.... sounds like I should have some sort of grand march to go with it.
