(no subject)
at 7 I felt the whole day frittered away, and so actually decided to start my 2nd essay. in a matter of minutes, I'd typed out the introduction, which is approximately 1/10 of the essay. then I'd to stop to go for capoeira, but it did surprise me how quickly it all managed to write itself. I imagine I am a barrel, with essays swishing about in me like ale waiting to be pulled by an expert hand ;) heh heh and it is terrible that I feel so good after capoeira!! after a 2 week hiatus characterised by extended periods of inactivity and mostly mulling over, but not doing, my essays.
something horrible happened during class just now - as I was holding a handstand, stomach acid flowed up into my NOSE, burning all my epithelial tissues etc etc. kept smelling vomit for the next 10 minutes. it was thoroughly, thoroughly unpleasant!!
however, that is mitigated by the bounty of mail that greeted me this afternoon! :) I received 3 envelopes: the first was a lovely christmas present (late to arrive, but nonetheless: THANK YOU PRESENT-SENDER ^_^ you know who you are :) I love you!!), the second was a book I ordered from Amazon, and the third was a slip from the Criminal Records Bureau... I'd to submit my particulars when applying for a volunteer position. it turns out I haven't any criminal records. whoopee for me :)
