Track Workout

It's been a looooong time since I did a track workout. Tonight's was 400's.

1:50 / 1:47
1:50 / 1:48
1:40 / 1:38
1:3* / 1:36

This could be due to a difference in watches, but both 1:38 and 1:36 beat my former PR of 1:39. My Garmin Forerunner was consistently 2 seconds faster than Nicki's. But I'll take it nonetheless. After a summer of running purely based on perceived exertion, I think I'm faster than I think I am.
