Track workout

Felt just like running season tonight. The workout -

distance - goal/actual:

800 - 3:55 / 3:59
800 - 3:50 / 3:46
800 - 3:40 / 3:31 <-- PR
400 - 1:45 / 1:45
400 - 1:3x / 1:39 <-- PR tie. My legs were really wobbly and I only made the goal time with Tracy running with me and egging me on for the last 50 yards. I was fading.

Yay!
