I've not been just randomly careless with the information, I promise. I've experienced a massive technology fail. In short, the display on my cell phone died and my service provider was unsuccessful at transferring my contacts into the new phone. I am not happy about it, but looks like I'm going to have to re-enter all that data, one person at a time.
