drabble - Pansy (100 words)
“Mum?”
“Yes, darling?”
“Jeremy and Tuan were calling Joseph a ‘pansy’ at lunch today.”
“I see. And?”
“I told them that my mum’s name was ‘Pansy’ and they shouldn’t use it that way.”
“And?”
“They said Joseph shouldn’t be acting like someone’s mum instead of a proper wizard.”
“And?”
“I covered Jeremy from head to toe in manure with purple violets.”
“And?”
“Tuan started calling Jeremy 'pansy-pants'. Until I turned him into a gingerbread-style windowbox.”
“And?”
“And I strung Joseph upside down from the ceiling of the Hufflepuff girls’ loo. For being weak.”
“Very good, darling. Here, have another biscuit.”
