My landlord called me at work Thursday and asked if I'd heard any banging or other unusual noise that morning. I said no, but I had seen some carpet padding lying outside a neighbors door. Turns out their water heater broke! 30 gallons of water emptied into their apartment. Man, oh man! I've not seen Christy, whose apartment it is, but my landlord's decided to replace all the water heaters in our fourplex. Ours will likely be sometime Monday morning, so no sleeping in and showering later for me! Unless I want cold water, that is ...
