Hermione tossed the other end of the rope to Ron. “Make sure it’s tight,” she ordered, choosing her own branch with care. “I’m not washing everything twice if it falls in the mud.”
The sun was shining brightly again, and since they had another week to wait in this wilderness, Hermione had decided it was the perfect opportunity to do some laundry. It wasn’t until she was trying out their makeshift clothesline that she noticed her two travel companions were looking decidedly embarrassed.
“Oh, for goodness sake,” Hermione snapped, as she attached her underwear to the line. “Get over it.”
