It's about time!
I would like you all to meet Alexandra Lee born 10/8/07 @ 3:21am via c-section (it's a long story but after 3 days in the hospital the doctor ended up having to perform an emergency c-section) She was 8lbs 15oz (she ended up loosing weight when we were in the hospital and now is only 8lbs 6oz) and 21in long with big feet and long fingers so everyone is expecting her to be a tall girl.
It was an interesting/exciting/nerve wrecking/frustrating/surreal experience but we are happy to finally have her here! She is a good baby who has been extremely alert since birth, she enjoys sleeping for 3-4hrs which will hopefully make the transition to sleeping the entire night easier but for now we are working getting her to take a bottle (she isn't sure how to handle the nipple yet) so that I don't always have to be the one who feeds her.
