The hardest time of the day i find is right before you go to sleep. Your mind is clear and all you do is think. Laying in bed not quite asleep yet. so what do you do? you think. your thoughts go 50/50 depending on the day. its either about something really good or something really bad. most of the time its of negative thoughts of how much crap that you hate in your life right now. the only time when you do have happy thoughts is when something INCREDIBLE happened in your life that it overpowered all the bad. So thats why right before you sleep is usually a crap time. Just lay there and if nothing really exciting happen in that day your mind starts to file through and manages to get out the shit thought. It could of been something that happened a while ago or it could have been something recent but something always pops up that you dont want to think of right before you go to sleep. So what do you do to distract your thoughts. you turn on the music. sleep to some mellow music so you focus on the lyrics and rhythms and nothing else. Or you can force a dream upon yourself and wait until the mind continues it. but thats hard. you wanna know how i was thinking about all of this it was right before i went to sleep... =/
