Warning: racist imagery
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/nov05election/detail?entry_id=90251&tsp=1

Until a few days ago, I had no issue with the label "intactivist" - a bit tongue-in-cheek, memorable...but now thanks to the overt bigotry revealed in the recent effort to make infant circumcision a ballot issue in San Francisco, I'm feeling splashed by association with anti-Semites. The advocacy/propaganda piece is so over-the-top blatant in its imagery that my first reaction was to wonder if it had been created to discredit intactivism. Alas, no - it was created by Matthew Hess, who is one of the major forces behind the ballot measure, and he defended the work.

Mod note: this entry is not a space to debate pro-circumcision issues. I have refrained from making this an anti-circumcision debate, kindly do not bring the other side in, either. I will screen comments that turn this into a referendum on circumcision.

I would much prefer that we discuss the issue of problematic allies. First comment does contain "diaper and bathing care for the intact male infant" information, as I find this knowledge lacking in North America.
