Not the best video, but because it's being challenged by the imbeciles being (rightly) ridiculed in it despite the fact that they have no legitimate/legal recourse to do so, I post it. I like being ( Read more... )

a) I'm relieved that you are not alone in making your poor cat look like a poodle gone wrong.

b) I think I'll save myself the pain of watching the dude on FauxNews, thanks.

c) The Flight of the Conchords song is amazing. <3

d) I probably should have kept watching Supernatural. Now I'm YEARS behind.

a) I tried to make it even. But I think the comments at that entry were probably right--shaving a cat is at least a two-person job, if not three. (And one of the three should probably be a medical professional.)

b) Yeah, it's not worth it to watch. The guy is so obviously, abusively stupid, I wouldn't force anyone to tolerate that bullcrap. It's just that his stupidity extends to using the threat of law to silence others. That's when I take it a tad badly.

c) Flight of the Concords is supposedly a great show. I must watch some time. If it is as good as the music...

d) Supernatural was a bit of a slog for me in first season--decent, but nothing truly outstanding. But it picked up and really moved along much better with each season. Four's been uneven, but I do like the myth-arcs. So, that's something, ja?

a) That's pretty much true of any grooming or medicating activity involving cats.

b) Yay for fundies? :(

c) Did you watch any of the other videos linked on the bottom of that Youtube vid? There's one called Sugar Lumps that's, well, something like hilarious. I figure it for a big ol' spoof of things like Black Eyed Peas' "My Humps"?

I did not watch videos linked to. I have a semi-bad track record with video serial linkage on YouTube. It's asking for trouble some times.

Plus, could anyone do better than Alanis' cover of "My Humps"? I doubt it.

Yeah, that's why I usually don't mess with YouTube, or Wikipedia, or a zillion other websites.

No, that was priceless.
