1. Under the Gun - Supreme Beings of Leisure
God bless The Animatrix. No, it wasn't much good, but it was decent enough. It did, at least, introduce a few people to the world of anime. Also, there were a few standout pieces. And the music was fantastic. This is a prime example of that fact. Definitely a jazzy, groovy piece of awesome.

2. Unforgiven - The Go-Gos
It's too bad that the Go-Gos didn't really take off again when this was released. It's fun, poppy, but hard-edged enough to be worth it. And who doesn't love the Go-Gos?

3. United States of Whatever - Liam Lynch
Okay, I confess, this one was just a ridiculousity thing. This song is so stupidly funny and I couldn't not put it on here. It's just an excuse for randomness. Have fun with it.

4. Unwanted - Avril Lavigne
And now I am really embarrassed. I actually like an Avril song. I want to die. But this is as un-Avril as I think these songs come. Which suits me.

There's exactly one reason I put this one up: I like the instrumental, string-quartet version of this inordinately. So download that, too, darn it.
