danced some more, and made Brendon excited because I was singing along with every word possible, and probably pissed off a lot of scene kids there. Fuck scene kids. I enjoy music, and I may be "scene" due to the fact that I go to shows religiously, but I still enjoy it and I'm not afraid to show it.
AMEN, ha. actually Jersey kids tend to be pretty passionate about music and shows in general, so it's not that bad, but sometimes i'm like WHY AREN'T YOU DANCING. like the little stage/club/cafe i go to all the time, Hamilton St, used to be really bad and i guess still is - arms crossed, we-are-not-amused-or-enjoying-this faces, standing back 20 feet from the stage.. usually thats only w/local bands that they dont like/know though. still it's like, 'i KNOW you're enjoying this song. just dance.' weird.
haha, i'm gonna be the kid doing her own thing at the shows though, if theyre good theyre good, ill party for 25 minutes then go up to the guys later.. it's the kind of place tho, that you feel really odd even if you're the only one taking a picture. meh.

you don't like The Recieving End of Sirens? aw...
oh! you did like them! haha. (i'm writing this as i'm reading)
you should really check them out on purevolume or something, i love them. i only caught one of their songs at Warped.

sounds like a rad mom. i want one.

aw, when i read glowsticks i thought you meant glowsticks for raving, that's what i'm bringing ;)
i would bring 'sticks for string-raving(you know what that is?) but i really am not a fan of that much attention.

its weird with me and Acceptance- yes it's beautiful music, yes theyre obviously talented, but it seems like it gets almost monotonous - too much beauty at the same level as the rest of the beauty for 40 minutes.. weird i know. but i get bored. i cant listen to 'soft' music for to long at shows or else i'll literally start falling asleep.. even if i like it! yeah weird.

and........ did you catch the 'bride is a whore' thing the 2nd time around? heh. curious.

yay for huge friggin comments. and those equally huge photos, i'm gonna save them when i get home ;) brendon has a cool face. (thats a great sounding sentence) moldable. like Travis fr Gym Class Heroes, seen them?

ok. stopping now.

Haha, yeah, I couldn't help with that title. Because they DID shake it up. HARD. And we listened. And we were in awe. hehe

I didn't catch the face he made when he said whore the second time either. Thing is, I remember the REST of that line, so I don't know what was going on. Maybe it wasn't obvious, maybe I kept looking at someone else...

String raving... like poi? I dunno. But naw, we just brought glowstick bracelets and necklaces. We were gonna try to give them to the guys before the set, on the condition that they wore them, but when I saw them outside before the show, they were all busy, so I didn't wanna bother em. And I thought it'd be cute to hand them to the guys from the audience.

And I'm the same way with mellow music, especially live. Trust me. But with Acceptance, the crowd gets really into it. If I can sing along, I love it.

And yeah, they're huge photos. I didn't have the patience to change the dimensions on them for display when typing up the entry.
And I havent' seen Gym Class Heroes yet, but I'm seeing them on the 22nd. I'm stoked.
Did I mention? I GET TO SEE THE ACADEMY IS... AGAIN!!! They're playing here on the 14th, since they can't go to Japan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so freakin' excited, it's insane. This month ROCKS for FBR bands and me. haha

haha.
yeah that's odd.

umm yeah, if watched fr a distance it looks like poi. but basically it's glowsticks on strings and you swing them around in the air make cool patterns and mesmerize people ;) a potential hurt people (including yrself) if you dont know what youre doing.. heh.

that's cool, i should really try n listen to them more, especially since i might MAYBE be seeing them in october on the take cover tour, cause paramores going to be there.

yay! that's awesome for yall.
a bumout for the japanese kids, but i hear FOB isn't actually *that* super popular up there, at least not as much as they are here. i imagine the academy and gym class arent either, and besides i think theyre going to head back there later... that's so kickass though. they need to come back east goshdarnit!!! haha.

Hmm... I heard FOB was HUGE in Japan, and that Punchline was pretty big too.
Ah, after waiting over a year, I get to see them again! I'm gonna freak out when that show happens. I already have been freaking out.

As for Acceptance, yeah, I only knew 4 songs... but they were still good. Seriously, the crowd makes it even more amazing.

Have fun with the glowsticks!

thank ya. the crowd can definitely do a lot, it's electric / contagious. haha, contagious.

its weird, cause i thought they were too? but my friend who actually is Japanese says that Punchline is bigger than FOB there, like huge, and that FOB is really popular but not at all to the extent they are in the US.. a kid from Wales said FOB isnt as huge there either. HMMmm.
