And now, I bring you a normal, boring post,.
I paitned my house yesterday. You have no idea what a feat *that* was. I have cathedral cieling, and do NOT like teetering on a ladder anywhere beyond a few inches off my floor. But it looks fantastic now. That coupled with all the new furniture (oak couches are good! The cats aren't able to claw the arms anymore!), my house looks like it did when I first moved in. Still have to find a way to get hawaaian punch out of the carpet, and find something amusing to do with the bathroom, but overall it looks fabulous!
Before you ask, no, nobody helped me paint..well, Kalli painted the front door, but that's it. I did the rest on my own.
I can't decide what to do with that damned bathroom. Anyone have any ideas?? I think I want to paint it a different color...but nothing dark. I like the house to be light (and fluffy! hahah) and feel all happy. Maybe I should just paint an assload of yellow smiley faces all over the walls or something. heh.
