When are the Remix fics due in? I'd love to help beta, but I have a busy week coming up so if it's urgent... maybe not. (And wow, can I sympathise on the three-essays-not-written front. I have an essay due on TS Eliot and given that my laptop just died completely, I'm going to be spending far too much time on the library computers. *sigh*)

They're due tomorrow, so I completely understand if you want to run screaming now. *g* The story is less than 1200 words, however.

Eliot! Well, that gets a yay, but an essay (on him, on anything) and a broken computer? Yikes. *opens two-way empathy current between us*

Eek. I'm normally pretty good at last-minute beta jobs, but it's probably not the best idea to try while I'm stuck on a library computer as well. Perhaps next time. *g*

(If it's any help, the main reason I didn't sign up for Remix myself is I had a feeling I'd leave it to the last minute and end up panicking over trying to write 1,000 words in one night. So you're definitely not alone there!)

Yeah! I uploaded a few tracks a while back; let me know if they're not still working, and I can put 'em up again.

A tea shortage is one of the worst things imaginable. I'm getting shaky just thinking about it.

I can't NOT have tea in the house. I've been known to drive up to the servo at midnight just to get some. Normally I make sure I have a spare box though.

Um, I am SO right there with you. I'll manage to get 1000 words out of this, but barely. I'm so not the brightest crayon in the box. *sigh*

And I'd totally offer to beta it, except that I think you probably already have enough, and I've got two essays due next week I should be working on besides RemixRedux. Again with the poor time-management skills.
