Back in action

Well, I twisted my knee and couldn't workout like I wanted to. I have still been working out but total upper body workouts. Which normally I would do in rotation with cardio, abs, and lower body. Needless to say my arms, shoulders are killing me. Today I did 3-10 min workouts. 1..abs 1..cardio 1...upper body. Yes, I was favoring my knee a little but I didn't push it. It would be worse to injure my knee further. Well, I weighed myself yesterday and I gained 2 pounds. I have been eating good with the occasional non good for me food but better than I had been. Not sure it's muscle of fat. I can tell my arms are getting more toned. =D Well, just keep following my course and hopefully the scale will be nice to me. I am thinking of also measuring myself. I know sometimes you lose inches and the scale doesn't say that. Well, on to go out and find my daughter a swimsuit. Have a great day!
