wow this post is not about my pregnancy!!
8 weeks 1 day.
When I opened the front door to leave for work this morning, there was a bike in my front yard. Not even near the road, either, it was right up near the front porch. I have no idea where it came from! How strange and random, finding a bike laying on your lawn. We moved it over by the fence in hopes that its owner will come looking for it and see it there. I wonder if the bike will still be there when we get home.
Last night was very productive. I walked to the gym and picked up an aerobics schedule. There are no step classes! The schedule totally sucks. All they have in the evening is yoga and belly dancing. Um, no. So I guess my idea of going there for classes is down the tubes until fall when the schedule changes. I did enjoy the walk though.
When I got home, I continued working on the quilt for my cousin's baby. The top layer (i.e. the hard part) is almost done, but I ran out of thread! So I have to hit up FabricLand this evening and get more. The quilt looks really cute though. I think she'll like it. Once I get it all sewn together I'll have to post a pic.
Yesterday and this morning our car has been making an increasingly loud creaking sound. Upon inspection, it appears that our muffler clamp has broken again. I just replaced it (and the entire exhaust system) a year and a half ago. These clamps are just not made for the long haul, I guess. I'm going to have to keep a closer eye on it in the future. I hate it when the muffler hangs. And I'll be spending my lunch hour in the garage. Yay.
