All productivity has ceased here. I just spent the last hour with D in his office, annoying each other.
Me: "It's just like at home. Only there we have TV."
D: "But we're getting paid here."
Me: "Well... give a little, take a little."
We went to the mall for lunch today, hoping to soak up a bit of Christmas cheer. D and I met there 10 years ago, and I'll always remember seeing that big Christmas tree in the middle of the food court while waiting to see him there.
They don't have the tree there this year, instead there was some weird 2-person band playing accordions. It just wasn't the same.
