in addition...

this list writing thing has been very theraputic for me. so unless you feel like it there's really no reason for you to read all of this...

102. I was a girl scout for several years… I joined so that I could go camping and be outside, but I had to do all the dumb crafts too. i did like backing cookies for the old people at christmas, tho.
103. I have a scar on my right index finger from where I closed a pocket knife on my finger when I was in middle school. I told my parents I cut it on a fence and I’ve never corrected the story.
104. I really want to go skydiving one day because I love the feeling of falling.
105. I tried to run away once when I was in elementary school because my parents were fighting. I went to my ‘hide out’ in the woods and sat there crying until dark, when no one came looking for me I went home.
106. the greatest man I’ve ever known died almost 3 years ago.
107. every time I hear “hear you me” by jimmy eat world I think of that man.
108. I do my best writing after midnight.
109. when I was a kid I wanted to be just like my dad. And now I use him as a measure to which I hold every guy I’ve dated.
110. I often wear a pair of jeans several days in a row before putting them in the laundry.
111. I snore and I’m very self conscious about it so when I’m sleeping in the same room as someone, especially if I don’t know them well I sleep very little or very lightly so that I don’t snore and wake them up.
112. I hate the way Microsoft word auto formats things. It frustrates me so much sometimes that I erase what I’ve written and start over. technology in general confused me and i don't always enjoy dealing with it.
113. when I was in elementary school my two favorite teachers were Mr. and Mrs. Hall. He taught art and his wife taught 3rd grade.  I’ve always felt horrible that I haven’t been able to track them down after they retired. They put a lot of joy into my life.
114. I’ve cheated on tests before.
115. I’m quiet in conversations a lot because I fear being judged. Even by my closest friends. When I do speak up, my comments usually come across as attacks or as foolish remarks.
116. I’m slightly dyslexic with numbers. I have to recheck them to be sure I’ve written or read them correctly.
117. I have horrible grammar and spelling…and sometimes I care.
118. I don’t like feeling smothered. I love having alone time and not having to impress someone all the time.
119. when I was a kid, and it was raining, I’d skip around the house singing the “rain, rain, go away” rhyme.
120. I love the smell of men’s cologne and body sprays.
121. I’m very affected by smells. Certain things trigger lots of memories… like the smell when you blow birthday candles out. I go straight back to a summer in PA when I was 5.
122. the home keys and the right side of the space bar on my laptop are all worn and shiny from the amount I use this blasted machine. 123. when I was little I used to pinch my older guy cousins to make them do what I wanted. And it worked.
124. I got my poems published in my high school Literary magazine two years in a row. I think they were low on entries.
125. whenever i'm in a group of people talking, i'm usually the one that gets interruped or cut off. it really bothers me but i usually just fade into the background and remain quiet the rest of the time. why fight it?
126. my favorite dessert is a warm and soft chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin cookie.
127. intelligence is the most attractive thing about a man. That, and a caring heart.
128. self confidence is also very attractive.
129. I’ve fought depression for many years, tho I’ve never gone to a doctor for it.  I win most days.
130. some days you annoy the piss out of me, but I’ll always love you, and I’ll never say anything.
131. I want to marry a man that loves Jesus, or not get married at all.
132. I don’t like to dress up or be 'girly'. I’d rather spend my time in comfortable jeans and t-shirts.
133. being around pot makes me nauseous. It gives me this horrible head ache and makes me want to spew on your shoes, so take it outside. I used to be okay, but then one day I wasn’t.
134. I used to be really good at jump rope on the play ground. But kick ball was my favorite recess game.
135. I keep a bottle of water (or several) near my bed because I get thirsty at night and when I first wake up.
136. I like to sew. I’ve completed one entire quilt and have several blocks for another one in my closet. Its something to do when its cold.
137. I don’t live my life in a way that I’m happy with. But in order to change I have to face a lot of things and remove myself from a lot of people.
138. I sleep very soundly. I once slept through several shotgun blasts in my neighbor’s house… followed by the SWAT team using my back yard as the quickest rout into that neighbor’s house.
139. when I was in middle school I was somewhat of a bully.  I got tired of being picked on in elementary school so my brother taught me how to fight and I took it to the extreme.
140. my mother has accused me, on more then one occasion, of being a lesbian. At one point I thought she was right.
141. I used to watch ‘pop-up video’ religiously. Usually by the end of the show I had to pee because of the bubbling water sound.
142. I still have a difficult time telling time using the clocks with hands and not digital numbers.  I have to count by 5’s in my head to figure out the time.
143. I have been the one to dump all the guys that I’ve dated. The most recent would probably argue this point with me, but he can kiss it.
144. I blush very easily. Its actually very annoying in my opinion.
145. I’ve gone to a club 3 times in my life and I didn’t have a good time any of those times. I don’t like to dance, nor can i. and I don’t like club music.
146. I hate my feet being touched. Just don’t do it.
147. chess and risk are two of my favorite board games. The thinking involved just suck me right in.
148. I think voting is the most important any citizen can do. If you haven’t voted I don’t want to hear you complain about a damn thing. 149. I love going camping. The fresh air and building of the camp fire get me every time. Its even worth the sore back I’d get.
150. I can’t make decisions when choosing somewhere to eat or what to do.  Even if I do care I rarely speak up because my ideas are either lame or no one wants to do it anyway, so I’ve learned to keep it to myself.
151. this list has been extremely therapeutic for me. I’ve dug into some of my ideas and done my extreme best to be totally honest.
152. I think tattoos should be extremely personal and meaningful pieces of permanent art. Going into the process with a nonchalant attitude demeans the entire thing.
153. I refuse to tell another guy “I love you” until I am engaged to him. The words have been thrown around, back and forth, and stomped on far too many times for them to have any meaning to me until that point.
154. i’m a pack rat. I hold onto everything no matter how insignificant. Little momentos of times gone by, or just stuff like old shoes that I just don’t want to throw away.
155. i love to try and help people in any way that I can. Weather its just listening and offering what little knowledge I have, or my very last dollar. I’ll do what I can.

i'm sure that i'll keep writing these. i just doubt i'll post anymore. i don't usually volunteer a whole lot of information unless asked, but i think this has been more for me than for you.

p.s- my mom and step-dad adopted a dog (actually a 6 mo. old puppy) today. she's cute and her name is Kiwi. my vote is to change the name.
