(no subject)
It's so god damned cold in this basement! I've got 50 layers of clothes on and I'm still freezing. I'll have to be putting gloves on next, then cutting out finger holes so I can type.
Mom took me shopping today so I could pick some things out for my birthday. Of course I can't have these things until my birthday, but at least I know I got them :D She bought me the Chicago DVD (I absolutely LOVE the music in that musical), The Sims Makin' Magic, Enter the Matrix, two candles and a lotion from Bath & Body Works and Dream Angels Divine perfume from Victoria's Secret. I'll also be getting a DOMAIN!!! I'm not quite sure if I want the domain for my birthday or Christmas, though, because I know if I get it for my birthday, it's going to distract me from studying for finals. Around Christmas would be a good time because I have an entire month to mess with it. Gad. I'm so excited. I've wanted a domain forever. Thinking up a fitting name is going to be the hard part. I'll have to look through the list of names I made before and try to think of some new ones. Ohh! I can't believe it! For once I won't have to worry about host's servers going down or hosts switching servers, etc. And I'll be able to run my own message board! And I can have hostees! Ohhhh! This is the life!
I have this incredible urge to do something and I don't really know what. I either feel like writing something or drawing something and I have no idea why I feel like writing. I never write. Drawing, on the other hand, is a bit more reasonable. Maybe I'll open PSP and see if I can do another House O' Shrimp type scene. I guess I could also write my article for Girl Theory. That isn't due until December, though, so I'll probably put that off.
Some moron in this neighborhood is STILL burning. I hate the smell of smoke. I hate the smell of smoke after dark especially. I don't understand why the people around here feel the need to burn every freaking Saturday, all day...and all night. My lungs do like to breathe clean air.
I've got to memorise a ton of adjectives for a French exam on Tuesday. I'll probably use the nifty French dictionary I bought today to do that tonight. I should really read over the next few chapters for O Chem too since I didn't do so well on the last exam. Err... Dr. Turner is such an ass. I'll be happy to have a B and extremely lucky to have a B+ when I that class is done.
