Things I realized as the month turned

I'll have been employeed three years this month at f.y.e. This is somewhat of a mile marker since the only other job I held close to this length of time was in college, and it was a complemented by my time in class. And I've outlasted several rotations of management and staff at work, I don't know if this last one is a good sign or not. People in my family will tell me it's a bad sign since rotation is high others will tell me this is good because I'm considered somewhat important in the upper ranks. Corporate has said if something needs done to bring me in and I'll get it done. I've had nice warm fuzzy feelings when they say things like this.

I also realized that I forgot to reset my password at work so I can pretend like I have some sort of functional power (other then knowing the codes for all the back office stuff and the other important functions of my job). I'll take care of the password thing later today at work.

I'm so glad it is September because it means it is one month closer to our County Fair, and a few months closer to my birthday and some other fun holiday stuff that I won't go into right now because I'm hungry and I'm going to go eat.

general, work related
