Huh.
It's the Fourth of July, my entire shift was spent just hanging out at the front counter waiting to see if it was even worthwhile to be open. (Answer, no not in the least.) We did briefly consider heading to Damons to try and get a twelve pack to play a quick game of Beer Pong. By 'quick' read just drinking with the gate down.
I'm sitting on the couch and thinking of going to bed, I can hear the fireworks and just don't think I want to go watch any of the show from the stairs. I've got shift in the morning and that might be playing into part of my ambivilence about watching fireworks. But then again I was up insanely late last night too.
I'm looking forward to having Coraline out on DVD, I've got the displayer at home and hosting the majority of my vampire fiction stuff. But that's neither here nor there and I think I'm rambling. No wait strike that, I know I'm rambling. I think I'll go sit on the steps watch some of the fireworks and then go sleep.
Next week will be a light week of scheduling, not working every night but I've still got errands to get done on the off days which will still keep me busy.
