It is indeed April when
The first thing that goes through your mind is oh crap it's April and there is still a load of stuff to do before Inventory tomorrow. Did recall get scanned out yet?
The answer to this is a resounding was yes it finally did get scanned out, won't be picked up until after inventory of course. *whimper*
Today I went in and continued clearing out understocks and getting things sorted out to make it easier for the closing shift. Who wouldn't be able to find their butts if it wasn't a cell phone or a cute girl. Sometimes it could be both. *sighs* So I went back in to finish setting up for inventory and cursing the hell out of the assistant manager who had thrown away the work I had done the night before without asking questions. I'm highly displeased with him, have been for a while because he doesn't seem to get that there is a lot to get done before the Inventory in the morning. I managed to get things cleared up but I still wish he had asked questions and actually helped me out with the Inventory prep this morning. But why would he do that, he doesn't seem to care that as Assistant Manager there is a lot more responsibility on his shoulders.
Oh well he's going to be doing counts at 6 a.m. sucker.
Tomorrow evening, put things back in understock, probably think about switching Poster stuff, I don't know if I'll be up to it after playing in understocks.
I'm also wondering if our Carpet cleaning guys have cleared all the insurance paperwork things. Not to mention laughing about the Mall Mascot laughing at security.
It's not always this bad, and I can't wait until June, two weeks outside of Ohio and there will be beaches and sunny weather. Fun times.
