San Fransandiego

I went out after my first final of the day to get lunch and fresh air.

It was foggy and cold -- you know, typical for August in San Fran -- so I went to the taco truck 'round the corner, figuring that hot food was more appetizing than a deli sandwich.

(Now, a word about SF taco trucks: one of the odd things about the city is that taco trucks tend to have the best food when it comes to mexican. So I wasn't eating something gross, just so you know.)

Anyway, as I was waiting for my burrito, I noticed that they had Jarritos sodas, and they had the Tamarind flavored one. Totally had to get it.

I took one sip and for a second I was instantly transported back to San Diego -- Summertime, working at La Jolla Music, and taking my lunch break and Don Carlos, eating fish tacos and drinking Tamarindo.... ahhhhhhhhh. I almost felt warm for a second.

Then I realized, a bit more than I had before, how much I missed some aspects of San Diego.
