Gone for a Few Days
I'm signing off, probably until Sunday. I'm headed to Ellensburg to hear Tenor Sensation sing. He's competing at state in the solo division, in the small men's ensemble (duet) and the large men's ensemble. Wish him luck (and me--it would be way too embarrassing if his mother started to weep during his songs).
I'm also hoping to get some important down-time. I'll be sitting in a hotel room for two days, other than going out briefly to hear him sing twice. The rest of the time, I'll be hiding in a hotel room, crouched over a laptop, totally focused (no kids) on writing!
