I… don’t think it exists. But now that I think about it, it would be pretty awesome.

Well, Billy’d be running for the hills because the Doctor would be after him. But eventually Jenny would tell him to calm the hell down and he’d stop, but be really sulky about it until the baby was born and turned out to be the most adorable little kid ever.

Not off the top of my head, but there are loads out there.

I think they would. She’d keep him grounded.
