I have this idea. It makes sense to me, but... well.
Behind a cut because this is kinda spoilery for the BSG final episode.
Anyways... theory-idea-type-thing...
I think that it is entirely possible that Sam Anders, whether he knew it or not (and right now I'm going with 'not'), was/is(/will be?)in some way the Cylon God.
The only evidence I have to back this up is:
a) he could control the Hybrids on the Colony.
b) he remembered more about their original lives than any of the other Final Five.
c) the last thing said (to Kara) was "I'll see you on the other side". Which I find curious.
d) in the very last scene, Angel!Six mentioned God's Ineffable Plan, and Angel!Gaius said "You know he doesn't like that name". (This one mostly just made me go Hmmmmmm a lot)
e) Er... gut feeling?
So... I'm probably completely wrong. Either way, it doesn't really matter now.
