Glee 1x20 "Theatricality"
Yep, it's the Gaga episode.
Just a couple things...
#1. Will. Brainy!specs. I APPROVE.
#2. Huh. Figgins thinks vampires are real. Ooookay...
#3. Kurt, yes, you are fabulous and generally awesome but oh. my. god are you uptight. Yeesh. Sixteen year olds. Dramatic, much?
#4. Hm. The Rachel's Mom storyline got wrapped up fast. Whatever.
#5. Burt Hummel is now hereby elevated to Favourite Fictional Father Ever. I do not think I need to explain why.
#6. Annnnd, now we need to talk about Finn.
OK. Pre-Sectionals, I thought Finn was okay. His voice was decent but not great, a bit weak at times, and character-wise he was just kinda dumb.
Since we got into the back nine, I have been revising this opinion.
a)his voice is much, much better than it was. Much better. Then again, I knew that after "Hello, I Love You"...
b)lately, and this episode in particular, I've realised that he's not actually dumb, either. OK, he's not Einstein... and maybe he takes a little bit longer to understand stuff, but he's not stupid.
c)Cory Monteith + Kiss makeup is a lot more attractive than I thought it would be.
(let's not talk about the shower curtain, yeah?)
#7. Wow, Quinn's Gagaoutfit was cool.
#8. Beth is a lovely name. Now I want Q to not give the baby up...
