I NEED BOOK AND COMIC RECS!
I'M GOING ON A LONG-WEEKEND SHOPPING TRIP TO THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CITY IN THE WORLD!!!! (Victoria, BC, that is.) And not only is there a THREE STOREY CHAPTERS, but a Curious Comics! Which just happens to be the best comic store ever invented. SO MUCH YAOI MANGA, SO MANY MARVEL/DC/EVERYTHING ELSE, SO MUCH DOCTOR WHO. It's my second fave store evar. After Chapters, of course.
So, I want reccomendations! Any books you adore, any comics you couldn't put down, any manga you loved, that kind of thing! Particularly slashy things, of course, and yaoi! There is no content that can offend me (Poppy Z. Brite and Dennis Cooper are two of my favourite authors), so anything goes!
