Mostly European kinds of food, but we could serve all day long!

What do you consider as "European kinds of food?"

I guess a common joke is that's it's a lot of meat and potatoes! But it's more than that, and the desserts can be so good! And of course you could incorporate Italian pasta and stuff, but it's not as spicy as Asian or Indian food, I guess.

But where will you find all the ingredients for such a variety of food? Finding and maintaining supplies enough to run a Cafe is difficult, I can't imagine to have anything bigger than the bar next door...
