The Planet Quasa. Late Tuesday Night, Fandom Time.

Raven teleported with Trigon to a far away world. He'd manifested himself as almost human-sized (but taller than Anakin, because he was petty like that), standing beside her on a floating platform that overlooked the shattered world below. Stone buildings lay in ruins, and demons flew in the skies above. There were people below, looking up in fear. "God save us!" she heard one man cry. "Trigon has returned!"

"Those pathetic dolts below are are my chattel," Trigon said, looking down with disinterest. "They exist only to obey my slightest whim. Should they annoy you, Daughter, should their very presence perterb you, I will destroy them where they stand."

He was such a loving father in that way.

Raven was not annoyed, she was horrified. All she could sense was fear, not a trace of hope, and she knew this was all her father's doing. And now she had bound herself to his side. She kept her shields as strong as she could; if she let them slip at all she would be overwhelmed by the misery below.

loinclothofevil

"You fail to speak, Daughter," Trigon said. "What do you think of this world I give you?"

trigons_child

"There is no joy here, Father," Raven said, suppressing a shudder. "No love. These people are your slaves. And they fear you. They should be set free!" She knew her father would ignore that plea, but she could not help but voice her dismay.

loinclothofevil

"They serve no other purpose than serving me, and now you," Trigon said darkly. "I demand their total obedience, their complete servitude. They accept me as their god, that I hold their lives in my hands. And they will view me with the respect I demand. You disapprove, Daughter, but you will learn. You will learn, and you will be their goddess as I am their god."

Raven wanted to flee, to race back to Fandom, but staying prisoner here with her father was the pledge she made to save Azarath and the Earth from Trigon's murderous wrath. Tears streaming from her eyes, she followed after her father as he took her to a castle he had claimed as his own. Slaves bowed low to the ground as they passed by, and she keenly felt their fear and despair.

A servant of Trigon approached them. "Sire, your dark hordes have returned from Xynthia," he said. "They report unrest. But we have brought you their Queen."

loinclothofevil

Trigon looked the chained woman over as she stared back at him defiantly. "A comely wench, soon to be the last of her race," Trigon said, touching his hand to her chin. "Yes, prepare her for tonight. She will do. As for the rest of her world...." He slashed at the air with his staff, tearing a hole in space that revealed a shining golden planet with two moons.

"Father, please, no," Raven said, realizing what Trigon intended. The people of this world had tried to resist Trigon, and now he would make them pay. He had done this hundreds of times in the past. She'd given herself to Trigon to spare Earth from that fate, and she had no wish to see any other world fall in that way.

loinclothofevil

"I have been too lenient," Trigon said. "My subjects need to be reminded. Trigon is not to be toyed with." Red energy shot from his eyes and through the rift, striking the planet. It shattered into millions of pieces in the space of a second.

Raven clutched her hands to her chest, crying out in pain. The world had been far away, but she still felt its sudden end, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. It battered against her shields so strongly that they began to crack, and the suffering on this world started to worm its way into her soul, making her sick with misery and pain.

loinclothofevil

"Xynthia was so fragile a world," Trigon mused, ignoring his daughter's distress. "I wonder if the Earth will be destroyed so easily."

trigons_child

"What?" Raven cried. "But you said if I came with you, you would leave the Earth alone!"

loinclothofevil

"And you believed me, Raven?" Trigon laughed. "Surely you must now realize that I lied. I merely wanted you away from the Earth so you would not die with the rest of those maggots. I spent twenty years trying to pierce the barriers to invade your dimension. Surely you could not have believed I would so willingly abandon that quest? Yet, you did believe? Raven, daughter, you are far too trusting."

trigons_child

"I will not remain here with if you break your word!" Raven said, angry with him and with herself for hoping he would keep his promise. Anakin and the others had been right. This had been the wrong thing to do. She had to fight to keep control of her emotions; if she lost that now, she would become exactly what her father wished. "I will find another way to stop you!" Black smoke rose around her as she started to try to teleport away.

loinclothofevil

Trigon waved a hand at Raven, almost bored, and she crumpled to the ground before her power could take her away. "Ah, well, every family must have its fool," he muttered.

He beckoned to a minion. "Take my daughter to her cell," he ordered. "And bind her so she cannot flee. She will learn to embrace what she is. She has no choice now."

[OOC: Preplayed with...me. Warnings for really awful dialogue, ripping off lines from Star Wars, and Trigon saying "comely wench." NFI and NFB, but OOC always welcomed!

The spamming will end soon, promise.]
