She was not nearly as sure as she wanted to be, but, showered and changed and in slightly better shape thanks to a quick healing trance, she headed down the hall from her room to Raven's and knocked on the door.

"It happens all the time now. Sometimes just hours, sometimes it's days. And I'm sick of it. I know what we need to do, and I'm ready to do it, and . . ." She bit her lip, then looked up at Raven. "I'd like you to be there."

"I've been ready for a long time, or at least I think I have, mentally," she admitted. "I think it was just a matter of not being scared any more."
