TRIGGY'S GOING TO COLLEGE!
So, after a crazy majority of the week, it has happened as follows:
Monday:
Rejected from U of I, both from Music school and the University. Triggy was very sad :.-(. Didn't have an enjoyable evening.
Tuesday:
Had a field trip downtown for Humanities on architecture. Katie and I went up to the skydeck and looked around (gorgeous day, you could see Naperville from the top), and almost kicked in the display about the Great Chicago Fire because of Mrs. O'Leary's freakin' cow. The bought a pound and a quarter of candy (because I'M AN IDIOT), and Katie was astounded. We met with her Dad for lunch. Katie's Dad is really cool, too. What is it about Dad's being so awesome? My dad is, her dad is... 'Tis a mystery left to the Philosophers. Anyway, Got home form the trip, and got a call from Larry Pauly, my Contact at Millikin University, and found out that I was Admitted to the school, which meant that Triggy was going to COLLEGE!!! We didn't know if Triggy was going to get an audition, however, because of all the family emergencies lately. But it was a nice evening.
Wednesday:
Woke up at 8:45 :-D. Got dressed, went to the DMV...and got my liscense. That's right, it finally happened. So to all those who said it never would: HA! Went to sixth through eighth hours, then that evening to a movie with Katie. Secret Window is creepy, but really good.
Thursday: I have a concert for Jazz tonight, I didn't go to school until 1:30, and I am havign a great week! So, after filling you all in, it is time for Triggy to finish his Laundry. PEACE!
