My horse sucks as well.
Senor strained a tendon in his leg, and I'm having to wrap it and all that. Take the wrap off for a few hours everyday, and I didn't want him to be stuck in his stall with no view, so put him in the catch pen down by the chutes. That way he could at least look out at the big field.
And I didn't put up a board into the actual chute area 'cause he's not dumb.
Except, apparently, he is dumb. Because when I went out to hose and then wrap the leg back up he was all the way at the front in the chute area. Sonovabitch!
Boy, was that ever fun to back him out of there. *sarcasm*
It took about forty-five minutes, but Mom and I were finally able to back him up and over the little drop off.
His leg doesn't seem any worse though, so whew for that.
