But... when someone is permanently brainwashed, then they sometimes get replaced, right? Do you think that means they go home?

That's right. Ling and Nia came back, that I know of. There may have been others too. I dunno if it means they go back home or what, but...to my knowledge nobody has left.

Are you sure? I know some people get replaced... but everyone who gets replaced comes back?

Well, yeah, I've heard some get replaced, since new people come in to replace the drones. I'm not sure if all those that are brainwashed return to normal though, but some have.

I don't know. I can't say for sure what happens when they get replaced. From what I gathered with Ling, it was basically he changed where he lived after being a drone for a while.

If Al really is back home now....I would wanna be with him. Here, or back at Amestris. I don't want him back there to deal with that bearded freak alone without me.
