A large pot of water is simmering on the stove in a matter of moments; the girl then walks to the refrigerator and removes a few choice vegetables. Apparently, she'd already gone shopping. Taking the sharpest knife she can find, she expertly dices and chops carrots, onions, leeks, and tomatoes, scooping them into a large pot of water simmering on the stove. She ends with a small cube of chicken bouillon, which immediately colors the broth a light yellowish brown. The entire process takes about 5 minutes.]

Soup is easiest.
